Term and Condition
A. Defenition
- E-personal BBA is an e-banking service from BBA which allows customer to access several monetary transactions through internet connection by using browser in computer or smartphone.
- Customer is an individual who owns saving account/s or current account/s in BBA and ATM Card from BBA.
- User ID is an identity owned by every customer and must be provided every time customer accesses E-Personal BBA.
- Password is a security code used to access BBA e-Personal which consists of a combination of capital letters and numbers. Password consists of 8 - 12 digits containing letters and numbers characters.
- T-PIN is a Personal Identification Number (PIN) made by customer during activation and it functions as an authentication during transaction using e-Personal T-PIN consists of 6 digits numbers, however during transaction customer must input 2 digits from the PIN which the order is randomized.
- M-PIN is a password received from smartphone in form of Short Message Service (SMS) during transaction and during data and password changes. M-PIN is temporary and can only be used one time.
B. Registration
- To receive e-Personal BBA facility, customer must come to Customer Service in the nearest Bank Bumi Arta Office and filling the Electronic Banking Facility Form.
- The requirements of e-personal BBA facility registration are as follows:
- Individual Customer
- Customer who owns IDR saving account/s and IDR current account/s
- Filling and completing Electronic Banking Facility Form.
- Providing bank statement and KTP during registration
- Owning an ATM Card is a must.
- Understanding and agreeing to applied terms and conditions
- Accounts that can be registered is only accounts in 1 Customer Information file (CIF) which are:
- Saving Account (can be used during transaction)
- Current account (can be used during transaction)
- Deposit (Only providing information)
- Lending facility (Only providing information)
C. Transaction using Internet BBA
- Customer can use e-Personal BBA service to get information about financial and non-financial transactions and/or perform banking transactions (financial transactions) defined by bank
- Customer must fill and ensures the accuracy and completeness of every required data for every financial transaction.
- For every financial transaction, system will give confirmation before transaction and customer may cancel the transaction before giving any approval.
- Customer must enter the T-PIN and M-PIN sent to the registered smartphone during the activation every time customer performs financial transaction.
- Every financial transaction instructed to the bank and approved by customer cannot be canceled
- Every approved financial transaction sent by customer is the correct data which received as evidence for customer’s instruction for BBA to perform the transaction, unless customer can prove otherwise.
- Bank received and performed every instruction from customer as the valid instruction based on User ID, Password, T-PIN and M-PIN usage. Therefore, BBA has no obligation to investigate the authenticity, validity and authority of User ID, Password, T-PIN and M-PIN user and neither judging and proving the accuracy and the completeness of the instruction. Therefore, the instruction is legally binding customer as it should be, unless customer can prove otherwise.
- For transaction/s with present effective date, customer cannot cancel every transaction authorized by customer using T-Pin dan M-PIN, since BBA processes the instruction in real time.
- For transaction/s with future effective date or periodic transaction/s, customer can cancel the transaction before at most 1 (one) workday before effective date/due date of the transaction.
- For transaction/s with future effective date or periodic transaction/s, the transaction will be processed every start of day. In periodic transaction/s, if due date is on the same day as the defined periodic effective date, the transaction cannot be processed on that day.
- For fund transferring to another bank account in another country, if transaction effective date is on bank holiday, the transaction will be processed in the following workday.
- Every instruction from customer for the successful transaction performed by bank, customer will receive proof of transaction in form of reference number. This will act as proof that the transaction was performed by BBA.
- Customer must ensure that balance in the customer account is enough before the transaction instruction performed by BBA.
- BBA have the right to not perform instruction from customer, if customer account balance is not enough for the transaction.
- Customer must and has a responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the transaction instruction, BBA held no responsibility for any results caused by incompleteness, obscurity in data or incorrect instruction from customer.
D. Limit
- Transaction limit is a limit separated from ATM BBA card limit; BBA has the right to change the maximum limit of every transaction at any time.
- Transfer limit to customer owned account or BBA account is minimum Rp. 10.000,- and maximum Rp. 100.000.000,-.
- Transfer limit to another domestic bank account online is limited to minimum Rp. 10.000,- and maximum Rp. 25.000.000,- , while SKN/LLG transaction minimum Rp. 10.000,- and maximum Rp. 100.000.000,- .
- Time limit of SKN/LLG service is until 14.00 WIB.
E. Verification
- Every financial transaction instruction from customer recorded at BBA in form of anything, including not limited to notes, tapes, computer printouts is a valid evidence, unless customer can prove otherwise.
- Customer accepts that every communication and instruction from customer received by BBA is a valid evidence even though without any written documents nor signed document made by BBA.
F. Security
- Customer must not leave terminal in active state(log-on), customer must perform logout every time customer wants to leave terminal.
- Customer must secure their User ID, Password and T-PIN by:
- Not disclosing User ID, Password and T-PIN to another person for any purpose including to another family member.
- Not writing User ID, Password and T-PIN on any storage media in form of written text or any storage means which allow another people to discover them.
- During login process, customer must ensure the text written in character validation column is in accordance with what customer written during the registration process.
- Customer is given freedom to create his/her own Password and PIN during registration.
- Customer is responsible completely for every transaction that happened based on usage of User-ID, Password, T-PIN dan M-PIN owned by customer, unless customer can prove otherwise.
- Customer must change Password and/or T-PIN immediately if were discovered by another people.
- Every transaction instruction that happened based on usage of User ID, Password and T-PIN before authorized officials from BBA received written report about the transaction is completely customer responsibility.
G. Blocking
- Customer User ID and T-PIN will be blocked if customer perform the following :
- Incorrectly entering Password 3 times in a row during login.
- Incorrectly entering Password 3 times in a row during transaction.
- Incorrectly entering T-PIN 3 times in a row during transaction.
- Incorrectly entering M-PIN 3 times in a row during transaction.
- Incorrectly entering ATM PIN 3 times in a row during first activation.
- If User ID was blocked, Customer must contact Call Center BBA and perform re-registration e-Personal BBA in Customer Service.
H. Email and Phone Number
- E-mail address and phone number registered by customer during registration will be used by BBA to send transaction information performed by customer through e-Personal
- BBA will only send information to e-mail address and phone number which their authenticity was confirmed by customer to BBA and BBA held no responsibility for the authenticity of the e-mail address and phone number.
- BBA does not guarantee the security of information or data send to BBA through e-mail and phone number unregistered in e-personal
I. Charges and Debit Authorization
- BBA has the right to debit transaction charges for e-personal BBA facility usage and transaction performed through e-personal BBA.
- BBA has the right to change, increase, or retract charges the customer for the usage of e-personal BBA facility.
- Customer is hereby giving authority for BBA to debit customer account in BBA for every transaction instructed by customer to BBA through E-personal BBA and for the transaction charges for the usage of e-personal BBA facility.
- This authority will end when every customer obligation for BBA has been completed.
J. Usage Termination
E-personal BBA service will be terminated if customer end the usage of e-personal BBA or by closing all the accounts connected in e-personal BBA.
K. Force Majeure
Customer will relieve BBA from any charges, in case BBA cannot perform the instruction from customer whether it was half or completely caused by events or causalities outside of BBA capability and jurisdiction including but not limited to natural disaster, war, mass hysteria, equipment, system or transmission failure, power failure, communication failure, government policy and other events or causalities outside of BBA capability and jurisdiction.
